Part-Time Operations Specialist

The Boston Bulldogs Running Club is a co-ed 501(c)3 non-profit club established in 2015 to provide an anonymous and safe community of support for all those adversely affected by addiction - those in recovery, their families and friends, caregivers, the clinical community, healthcare and wellness professionals, and the community at large.

As Operations Specialist, you'll ensure operational excellence, implement strategic initiatives, manage financial transactions, and strengthen our record-keeping and infrastructure. This part-time, 20 hour per week, role calls for an experienced project or operations manager who is familiar with nonprofits.

How You'll Contribute: Oversee the Club's administrative and operational activities and infrastructure to ensure coordination of logistics and smooth execution, compliance with legal and financial regulations, adherence to timelines and best practices.Develop and implement systems and procedures to optimize operations as we grow our impact.Under direction of Executive Director and with guidance from the Board, oversee the club's financial operations, including financial reporting, payment schedules, and filings.With Executive Director guidance, implement the systems and reporting to support fundraising strategies that advance the organization and attract and cultivate donors. Required Qualifications: 5+ years in business management or operations, with a proven track record in a non-profit or related field.Demonstrated capability in business and operational support, enhancing efficiency and results.Strong skills in financial transactions and reporting.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with essential software, including CRM platforms, financial reporting tools, and standard office software. Knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe is essential.Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments.
