Clark College is currently accepting applications for a temporary, part-time Retail Clerk 1 to work in our busy food court.
This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our college campus and community, providing an essential function in the success of our kiosk and food court, merchandising our student made products, keeping the kiosk and food court area clean, organized and well stocked, while also working with the highest level of food safety.
Hours are Monday-Thursday, 17 hours/week.

Position Responsibilities JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver excellent customer service, every time for every customer.Merchandise product displays and maintain par stocks.Maintain a positive and supportive work environment and optimistic problem-solving skills.Work with the Manager to communicate information, challenges and needs to the Cuisine Management Program.Be proficient on the Point of Sales system and adhere to proper cash handling procedures and standards with a high level of accuracy.Complete deposit slips, totals cash, prepare cash bank deposits, and make bank deposits.Maintain a clean, orderly, and well stocked environment, including balancing all side work within a scheduled shift.
Understand and enforce MCI food safety policies.
Act as a steward of college resources.Performs related duties as required. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENTENCIES:
