The Rounds is seeking a dynamic Partnership Development Representative to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic partnerships, playing a critical role in scaling our business. In this role, you'll cultivate meaningful connections with multifamily apartment communities and other key partners, driving Member acquisition, engagement, and revenue. \n You Will:Manage a portfolio of partnerships, building and developing relationships with key points of contact to drive company growth.Be responsible for the health of each partnership; this includes growing and maintaining the number of monthly active Members, increasing order values from those Members, and rolling out other strategic projects as defined. Conduct on-site activations aimed at new Member acquisition and existing Member revenue generation; this may include posting signage, leading events, and other strategic initiatives.Identify and close high-potential new partnerships with multifamily apartment buildings and community partners.Additional responsibilities to be determined as needed.
