About the role: As a Member of the Events Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and fulfillment of all our parties! We cater and vend at really fun events all over the metroplex!
Specific responsibilities and tasks may include the following:
Fulfilling and completing events at parties, weddings, concerts, & farmers markets Logistics and organization for the storing and packing of products into our event equipment Being an expert on Melt Ice Creams processes and procedures for events & catering Logging and completing maintenance & cleaning duties for vehicles and event equipment Other duties as needed that assist with the smooth running of Melt Ice Creams Events & Wholesale Operations. Who would excel in this role: The individual who would excel in this role is someone who is customer service driven, organized, pays close attention to detail, likes responsibilities with varied tasks, is not afraid to get involved in manual labor, and is willing to creatively think through how to get the job done.
Enjoys interacting with Customers and providing GREAT customer service Experience managing timelines and logistics Comfortable with driving large vehicles Has flexible availability including nights and weekends Complete daily logs and reports as needed Skills Able to lift 50 pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Problem solver Reliable and dependable Ability to work quickly with minimal supervision Internal and external customer service skills Positive attitude Excellent organizational and time management skills Compensation and Benefits: $16-18 per hour inclusive of tip share Employee discount in stores: 50% off ice cream products Full-time employees averaging 30 hours per week or more are eligible for company subsidized health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance as well as company-paid life insurance and disability insurance.
