Patient Relations Manager

Job Summary: The person in this position will serve as the Patient Relations Manager. The successful candidate will have oversight and provide guidance for the registration/scheduling/treatment coordinator for the Division of Pediatric Dentistry staff. Responsible for training PSC and DTC staff in Pediatric Dentistry. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Required License/Registration/Certification : None
Preferred Education/Experience: Experience in medical/dental financial counseling, registration, and pre-authorizations preferred. Supervisory experience and experience resolving customer complaints are highly preferred.
