Job responsibilities: Complete all payroll functions using ADP Workforce nowReview time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies, verify pay amounts and hours of workEnsure all staff members receive accurate weekly payIssue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errorsComplete certified payroll uploadsReceive and verify invoices and requisitionsReconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesMaintain listing of accounts payableMaintain updated vendor files, file names, and W9sRespond to internal and external payroll inquiriesMaintain a filing system for all financial documents; Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial filesRecord and issues training certificationsAdhere to payroll and account payable reporting standardsOrder office supplies Perform other duties as neededQualifications: High School diploma or GED, Associates in Accounting is preferreda minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll and accounts payableExperience with payroll systems and accounting software (ADP Workforce now and Foundation accounting software is a plus)Knowledgeable about general accounting principles; ability to calculate numbers and perform data entry.Ability to understand and follow complex, oral and written instructionsAbility to establish and maintain vendor relationshipsSufficient computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or Internet to perform required duties.if you are not on the WORCESTER EISENBRANDT web page, please It is the policy of Worcester Eisenbrandt, Inc.
