TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Stepdown - Cardiovascular Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: At least 1 year of cardiac experience required. Recent traveler experience is highly preferred. License: Oklahoma State License or Compact Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Cardiac experience (not just ICU) - Flexibility with scheduling (no block scheduling) - Ability to float to Med/Surg or ER for CVCU/Med Surg holds Job Description: - Provide care for patients with conditions such as STEMI/NSTEMI, CP rule out, and CHF. - Manage patients requiring noninvasive ventilation and those recovering from cardiothoracic surgery after ICU. - Administer antiarrhythmic IV medications and care for patients with peripheral vascular compromise. - Complete a Stepdown/PCU skills checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty. - Submit two supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years. - Work history and relevant skills should be documented.
