Job Description
As a People Workforce Analyst, your role is essential in optimizing our organization's workforce utilization. You will achieve this by conducting in-depth data analysis, forecasting trends, and providing actionable insights that guide strategic workforce decisions. Your expertise ensures that our workforce operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate regular reports and dashboards on key workforce metrics, such as headcount, turnover, staffing levels, and performance.
Utilize historical data and industry trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for staffing needs across various departments and functions.
Collaborate with operational teams to create efficient employee schedules that meet business requirements while ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Evaluate workload distribution and recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
Monitor workforce trends and patterns to identify potential issues or opportunities and provide proactive recommendations.
Assist in capacity planning by assessing the organization's current and future staffing needs based on business growth projections.
Utilize workforce management tools and software to streamline scheduling, reporting, and data analysis processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Years of Experience: 7-10 years of experience
Additional Information
This is a remote position
Compensation range: $111,000- $169,000
