What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a People Services (HR) Intern to join our team for Summer 2025! The People Services intern assists with various human resources functions, special projects, and programs.
What You'll Do: Collaborate closely with the Director of People Services Operations and the Senior Director of Global Learning and Development. Assist in leading special projects related to personnel administration and employee information management. Contribute to the coordination of training programs. Support new employee orientation and manage related paperwork. Perform additional administrative tasks and other duties as needed. What You Need: Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training, Education, Communication/Media Relations, Sociology or Psychology, or equivalent course of study Previous clerical, administrative, data entry experience is helpful Experience with Google and Microsoft products preferred, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Students should be a 'people person', with strong written and verbal communication skills.
