Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including history and physical assessments (H&Ps), and assist with admissions Conduct rounding duties, including H&Ps, assisting with Rapids, geographical rounding, and emergency room coverage Collaborate with other healthcare providers throughout the hospital, including consults and interdisciplinary teams You can work a total of 168 hours per month, or opt for a schedule of two 7/12-hour shifts per month, occurring from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements:
ICU/Critical Care experience preferred Board certification required
Expectations:
Maintain an ethical approach to patient care Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers regarding patient treatment plans Collaborate with consults and other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care Adhere to ethical standards and principles in patient care Foster collaboration and teamwork among healthcare professionals throughout the hospital Review and maintain patient charts and records Conduct initial consults and admissions Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient care plans
