What you will do
PRELS is seeking a Manager, Agency Investor Reporting to assume responsibility for supporting mortgage loan investor remittance and reporting for FHA Ginnie Mae and Non-Ginnie Mae loans, Fannie Mae loans associated with multiple Fannie Mae programs including: (MBS, Cash, Bonds), Freddie Mac programs (Cash, Program Plus, Pre securitization, Post securitization and bonds).
This position includes supervision of both entry level and experienced investor reporting individuals in support of the PRELS business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for investor/broker remittance, reporting, reconciliations and will have exposure to the new Agency client production & product mandates.
The position is responsible for maintaining relationships with multiple key internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also be involved and co-located with the Servicing Team that is responsible for the posting of borrower payments, reversals, payoffs, curtailments as these activities affect the downstream reporting of the Investor Reporting team.
This role will also require partnering with Asset Management and PRELS Agency Accounting teams.
The role requires someone who is proactive in accomplishing tasks as well as assumes ownership of assigned tasks.
The Manager, Agency Investor Reporting will work directly for the Executive Director of Servicing and indirectly with other PRELS managers and have exposure to the Agency portfolio management leadership and PRELS senior management.
What you can expect Develop and maintain key external stakeholder relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/Ginnie Mae partners, and multiple Master Servicer relationships (e.g., KeyBank, Wells Fargo, PNC, etc.)
Develop working relationships with the PGIM Ireland Investor Operations team and our 3rd Party India provider, in support of the current business process model for delivering investor remittances, reconciliations and reports as required.
Prepare, reconcile, and deliver required periodic reporting as required by Agency, Pooling and Servicing Agreements and Investment Management agreements.
Including daily, periodic, quarterly investment reports, including but not limited to remittance, reporting, ratings, and other financial statements while coordinating with both internal and external parties related to reporting.
Review bank account reconciliations, investor files and wire transfers for accuracy.
Assist in identifying efficiencies, including process automation of reporting and data feeds, writing project plans, and taking the lead in execution of the plans.
Assist with RegAB, SOC1, SOX and other internal and external audits.
What you will bring 5+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing, investor reporting, or finance Must possess strong organizational skills and high-level attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, and prioritize work based on established deadlines.
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) Strong written/verbal communication and analytical and critical thinking skills Must be able to work independently as well as cross-functional collaboration.
Ability or eagerness to learn & build/maintain overly complicated fee models.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills What will set you apart Experience with FHA/Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae reporting.
