Job Responsibilities: Operate communication systems, such as telephone and switchboard Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary Route emergency calls appropriately Relay and route written and verbal messages Contact security staff members when necessary Role Characteristics: Possess strong written and oral communication skills Exhibits exceptional Customer Service skills Applies basic production, operational, administrative skills in procedures, techniques and/or equipment Follows written or verbal instructions or procedures Can apply knowledge to handle routine problems but often seeks guidance with unfamiliar situations Routinely performs work of limited scope and authority to make decisions that instructions and procedures will allow #TB_EN
