You are to guide not only the patient but other staff in the patient care process.We expect you to be a leader and set an example for others to follow. We expect you to be a sound communicator and provide others with the information necessary to do their jobs.The physical therapist demonstrates strong evidence of his/her commitment to the rest of the team and the company.
