Level IV Trauma Center. Destination specialty care for heart care, cancer care, stroke care, orthopedics, and women's health. The Community A small city in Cass County of around 6,000 people located between Kalamazoo and South Bend, Indiana. Known as The Grand Old City because of its protected natural areas. Dowagiac offers lakes and rivers for hiking, outdoor recreation, fishing, and wildlife.
