Position: Marketing Associate (Summer) Job Summary: As a Marketing Associate at Pickle Spot, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts. You'll collaborate with the management team to create compelling content, analyze consumer trends, and contribute to promotional campaign development and process. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world marketing initiatives for a new start up.
Responsibilities: Conduct Market Research :
Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. Propose adjustments to current marketing strategies based on research findings. Content Creation :
Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, newsletters, guerilla marketing and grass roots campaigns). Translate complex research into easily readable content for ownership and management. Social Media Management :
Monitor and manage our company's social media platforms. Adjust outreach tactics as needed to enhance brand visibility. Continue to develop social media calendar and content direction to encourage simple transfer and scalability Administrative Support :
Prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs. Perform clerical and administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). Familiarity with social media platforms. Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to marketing initiatives. Compensation: This is a paid internship position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
