Piping Automation Support Specialist *No C2C or Third-Party inquiries* *USA work authorization required* You will be working a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office/ 2 remote/ normal 9/80 schedule. Position Duties/Responsibilities (Indicate in more detail the functions of this specific position) Under minimum supervision, represents the Company in response to customer reported problems and to situations presented that require basic knowledge of Company 3D Plant Design products.
Provides technical support to Construction and Engineering team for the data quality issues.
Must be capable of relating Company 3D Plant Design products to a particular discipline and giving direction and guidance during the development and implementation of Company 3D Plant Design products.
Exercise extensive ingenuity and independent judgment to the development of automation solutions for complex problems.
Possess good understanding of Engineering workflows, component tagging, pipe spooling.
Good communications skills, ability to interface with Engineering and Construction team to resolve data quality issues.
Qualifications (Indicate any skills not available in the SAP Skills Catalog along with the appropriate proficiency levels) Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related and 3-5 years of experience in the Engineering Industry
3-5 years of experience implementing, administrating, and supporting Computer Aided 3D Design applications is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle.
Should be able to write complex sql queries, create functions/procedures in the RDBMS.
Extensive knowledge of PowerBI.
Should be able to write complex DAX queries, create dashboards based on available data, able to setup auto-refresh of PowerBI dashboards
Prior consulting experience implementing Smart 3D and supporting installation, configuration and customization is preferred.
Prior design tool administration lead on large scale projects is preferred.
