Position Overview Strong ability to influence and negotiate with trading partner to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and prospective clients. Work under the direction of senior staff on specific assigned tasks such as research, data gathering, underwriting analysis and preparation of various materials in support of placement activities on new and renewal business to support business retention and production goals. Possess a basic knowledgeable of property and casualty coverages and carrier underwriting guidelines. Build and grow relationships with carrier representatives and fellow World associates.
