Do you possess the skill to perform well in a rapid environment, with your proficient communication being key to organizing agendas, staging events, and assisting with long-range planning?**What is the job about?**The Plant Administrative Assistant is a professional collaborator that supports the leadership team with day-to day operational and administrative tasks, administer and optimize all office procedures and employee engagement activities at the local site.**Your main responsibilities**:- Provide comprehensive support to the Plant Manager and Management Team, supporting the organization of board of directors and management meetings, always ensuring confidentiality.- Create and modify various business documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, coordinating agendas and arranging meetings across the organization.- Attend and record minutes for committee meetings, collecting and transcribing meeting minutes and distributing them according to internal procedures.- Maintain oversight of the Plant Manager budget and administration expenses, supporting HR Management in organizing social and cultural events around the plant.- Plan and coordinate various company events such as corporate meals and receptions, while overseeing logistics for external visitors and staff, verifying and monitoring related billing activities.- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of office administration, including coffee service, classified correspondence, agreements with service providers, and purchasing activities as required.- Provide support to the Plant Manager through correspondence and other communications, including sending out thanks and congratulations, as assigned.**Your background**We imagine that you have:- Vocational certificate, Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience as an Administrative Assistant- Fluent English speaking and writing- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience including working with processes or projects
