Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee plant operations• Ensure production goals are met• Implement and maintain safety procedures• Lead and develop a team• Collaborate with other departments• Manage budgets and resources• Maintain equipment and facilities• Implement and improve processes• Ensure compliance with regulations• Drive continuous improvement
Requirements
• Seven plus years of maintenance experience• Some food processing experience desired• Engineering degree or similar relevant experience• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA, and Food Safety• Experience with PMs, PLC programming, and Electrical blueprints• Bilingual Spanish desired
