As a Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving outstanding customer satisfaction by mastering Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets through effective leadership. Here's what you'll tackle in this performance-driven role: Effectively communicate intent, expectations, and desired outcomes to ensure clarity in execution and minimize performance rework. Direct the high performance of day-to-day operations and capture member voice through the execution of the tiered management system. Build and develop leadership talent within manufacturing to support organizational demand and future succession. Provide coaching and influencing on issues, actions, status, problem-solving, and strategy alignment/redirection across multiple product flows. Monitor the execution of the operations management system through shop floor presence and formal audit processes. Coordinate and oversee the translation of quarterly forecasting to appropriate direct labor staffing adjustments in partnership with the scheduling manager and each factory manager. Influence prioritization of support resources when necessary to meet core performance metrics and breakthrough cost initiatives. Your qualifications:     Experience: 6+yrs of proven leadership experience as an operations manager within a manufacturing setting. 10+ yrs of relevant experience in lieu of education  Previous experience leading high variation, fast-paced manufacturing environments. Effective communication skills (verbal and visual).  5 + yrs of demonstrated knowledge and application of lean tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Organizational/Business Management, or a Masters degree in a related field is preferred. Ready to take your career to new heights?
