Pool Attendant- (Seasonal)

Overview: Pool Attendant (Seasonal) As a pool attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for pool users. You will oversee the safety and cleanliness of the pool area. 
Responsibilities: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Ensures the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of pool and pool deck. Ensures use of facility by authorized guests and maintains pool attendance records. Maintains proper linen inventory – collects linens, delivers and receives linens from laundry – issues linens to guests according to procedure. Ensures cleanliness and organization of pool furniture and reports any facilities issues as needed. Ensures proper guest adherence to posted rules and regulations and takes appropriate action as needed. Responsible for retail sales in accordance with established procedures. Maintains positive guest relations and adheres to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives. Performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior cashiering experience preferred. Previous guest contact experience preferred. Physically able to maintain the organization of pool furniture and transport laundry bins.
