In 2025, we will be adding Victory Brewing in Tysons, VA and Two Roads Kitchen + Tap in West Hartford, CT to our group of restaurants as we team up with local brewers in support of our northeast expansion. Working side by side with both our team members and the management team to support execution in all types of back of house tasks. The Porter is hands-on, in the trenches, providing support to the Chef De Cuisine, Team Members, and Level99 overall. The Porter helps to get everything right, continually improving, learning from mistakes, and remembering the small details matter just as much as the big ones.
