As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be expected to bring:

Desired Skills and Experience:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
+ Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
+ Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and zoning regulations.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats in a positive, professional manner
+ 5+ years of experience in pre-construction, construction or architectural design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within custom or on your lot residential building.
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
+ Create the policies, procedures, and goals of the pre-construction process.
+ Train and mentor the Project Administrators, assist in hiring and managing performance.
+ Oversee the performance of the pre-construction KPIs and work with regional management to make improvements where needed.
+ Help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all team members are working toward company goals.
+ Maintain a focus on continual improvement.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Project Planning & Coordination:
+ Manage the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base of jurisdictional and other requirements.
+ Manage the process and maintenance of discontinued product, cancellations and change orders with collaboration of other department leaders.

Wage Range:
+ $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary
+ Annual Bonus potential
