Precommissioning/Commissioning & Startup Liquefication Manager
Responsibilities:
The Utilities and Offsites Manager is responsible for the safety, operation, budget and schedule regarding the Operation of the Utilities.
Responsible for any work permits issued in the Utilities and Offsites Areas Ready for Operation.
Participate in regular progress and coordination meetings with COMPANY.
Ensure that all equipment in Completion Packages is ready for Handover on schedule.
Issue testing procedures for approval by COMPANY.
Direct daily activities in Completion Package A and B Areas.
Identify and coordinate the resources required to complete all OTPS in their area, including both men and material.
Organize and coordinate operating Teams as necessary to keep the utilities operating during the Commissioning of the Process Units.
Ensure that all testing activities and punch lists are clear and do not impede the reliability & safety of the Utilities Operations during the commissioning of the Process Areas.
Report to the CSO SENIOR MANAGER.
