About the Role
As the Assistant Principal at Chesterbrook Academy, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the potential of our students and ensuring a dynamic, engaging, and safe educational environment. This position calls for a dedicated leader committed to providing an enriching and stimulating educational atmosphere.
Responsibilities

Assist in leading the school administration team and overseeing the overall operation of the school, including the delivery of the instructional program and successful implementation of the Spring Education Curriculum.
Evaluate performance, provide feedback to teaching staff, and ensure a safe, clean, and attractive school environment conducive to learning.
Manage student enrollment and community relations, participating in marketing plan implementation to grow and maintain enrollment.
Build effective relationships with staff and the community, and manage staff development and accreditation processes.
Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and accreditation requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in education administration or business administration.
Minimum of one-year teaching experience required; three years of teaching experience preferred.
Meets minimum education and experience requirements to comply with state regulations and accrediting boards, including holding any state-required certifications.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to professional development.
Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check.
Compliance with all state education and licensing standards.
