The annual salary for this position is between $160,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage. Oversee the integration of Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops to ensure seamless marketing operations. Provide strategic direction for data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making. Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes and data governance policies. Ensure the scalability and performance of marketing automation systems. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Conduct regular audits of marketing systems to identify and address any issues. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies. Provide technical leadership in the development of analytics solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness. Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance and marketing automation. Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops. Demonstrate a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices. Exhibit strong analytical skills with a background in analytics being a plus. Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills. Hold a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends. Have a minimum of 14 years and a maximum of 18 years of relevant experience. Certifications Required
Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engage Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)
