What you'll be doing:Collaborating with business leaders to define and execute a strategic roadmap for data and AI initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.Developing a deep understanding of our data landscape and AI opportunities, engaging with stakeholders to harness data for actionable insights and enhanced customer experiences.Driving innovation in data and AI technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation to optimize retail operations.Mentoring and guiding our data architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data and AI practices.To be successful in the role you'll have:Extensive experience as an Enterprise or Principal Architect specializing in data and AI within large-scale enterprise environments.Expertise in data architecture, including data modelling, data warehousing, data governance, and data integration.Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience implementing AI solutions at scale.Proven success in translating business objectives into actionable data and AI strategies that drive tangible value.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.Track record of enabling cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful data and AI solutions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and driving innovation in a dynamic retail setting.A place you can belongWe celebrate the rich diversity of the communities in which we operate and are committed to creating inclusive and safe environments where all our team members can contribute and succeed.
