Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Analytics Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track supply chain performance metrics and prepare and distribute reports.Develop/enhance dashboards as needed and analyze business performance.Translate customer metric and KPI requirements into reports and dashboards utilizing a combination of out-of-box reporting and Performance Analytics tools.Plan data parameter maintenance, data accuracy & quality, and troubleshoot data issues.Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and provide data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders for the improvement of service and inventory performance.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBE/B Tech/MCAExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications/SkillsHands-on experience with distributed and data-intensive applicationsProficiency in building dynamic and static reports using PythonStrong understanding of building RESTful APIs with PythonFamiliarity with Python code/design practices and best practicesExposure to AWS (preferably AWS Certified Architect)Experience with Snowflake and relational databases such as Oracle and PostgresFamiliarity with working on both Linux and Windows environmentsUnderstanding of distributed systems and their challengesExperience with GitLab/GitHub and understanding of CI/CD best practicesProficiency in building and managing deployment pipelinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with onsite clientsExperience in working with Asset Management firms or Investment Banks is highly desirableAbility to manage and coordinate with offshore teamsAWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certificationExperience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset managementStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creativelyThe approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
