Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challengesAt least 5 years of consulting, corporate strategy and/or operational experience with an emphasis on Life insurance and annuitiesSolid Life insurance & annuity market knowledge and experience with key business processesA track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting servicesBusiness finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case developmentProgram/project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependenciesExhibits accountability and sense of urgency to help our clients to achieve their goalsAbility to teach and mentor colleagues and help develop junior staffEmbrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solvingUniversity degree, preferably an advanced degree from a leading institutionOutstanding communications skills: Writing, producing, and presenting deliverablesDemonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointLocationsHybrid 3 days/week in MinneapolisWhat we offerWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote workingWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes health insurance, company bonus scheme, 401(K) with company match, company paid holidays, paid time off, paid volunteer days, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, an employee shares program and employee discounts.The annualized base pay range for this role is $110,000-140,000.
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate.
The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package.
