Join the adventure of a lifetime by becoming a teammate with Position Title: Principal IdAM Architect Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoD Secret Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Principal IdAM Architect supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Assist, collaborate, lead, and facilitate in support of the overall design, strategy, delivery, and best practices of IdAM capabilities in line with Zero Trust Security Model. • Implement success-driven solutions that align to client business goals and provide the desired outcomes. , O&M, integration, capability enhancements, and upgrades, application onboarding, implementing and customizing lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports. • Perform PingIdentity PingFederate implementation and deployment, O&M, integration, capability enhancements, upgrades, and application onboarding leveraging authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, MFA, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). • Assist with identity management for Cloud AWS and Microsoft EntraID. • Assist with Microsoft Directory Services to include Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS). • Assist with DoD/NSS Public Key Infrastructure to include Certificate Management, Certificate Validation, and Certificate Authority. • Perform SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Implementation and deployment Aerodyne Industries and work on projects that will define our future. Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associates degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelors degree and 12 years of general experience; Masters degree and 10 years of general experience. • Must have 9 years of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) experience. • Must have 3 years of experience in management and leadership roles. • Must have experience supporting the IRES contract. • This is both an architectural and technical role, and requires understanding of business requirements coupled with deep technical knowledge of identity management products and systems design principles. • Skilled in Identity and Access Management solutions to include PingIdentity PingFederate, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Cloud Identity Management, Active Directory, and DoD/NSS Public Key Infrastructure. • Work under some supervision from the IdAM Lead however, will be expected to work independently on complex, nonroutine tasks and projects. Interact with end users and other technical personnel to identify and correct issues. • Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and team members. Work on project teams consisting of both customers and other team members. Work closely with team members on quality-related activities. Lead and mentor junior team members through projects. • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance. This position is expected to pay $155,000 - $175,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
