Part of the U.S. Marketing team for QuickBooks, the Mid-Market Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing professional who is excited to make an impact through one of Intuit's 5 Big Bets: Disrupt the Small Business Mid-Market. The ideal candidate is a self-starting strategic thinker with experience translating market, product, and customer insights into strong product and marketing strategies while influencing and partnering cross-functionally to bring their bold visions to life. The role will focus on developing and executing a strategy to meet the needs of our target verticals through partnerships with third-party apps and ISVs. You will partner across Mid-Market product marketing, product management, and our partnerships teams to prioritize verticals, develop our third-party strategy, create a framework for ISV selection and partnership, develop scalable go-to-market models and processes, and produce content and collateral to inform our partners and their customers on the benefits of connected tools. You'll be challenged to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and have a big impact on our mid-market customers' lives, their livelihoods, and the QuickBooks brand trajectory with this customer.
ResponsibilitiesBecome the subject matter expert in the Mid-Market SaaS landscape, understanding Mid-Market needs by vertical and the leading solutions in the market to solve those needs.Become an expert in the Intuit Enterprise Suite ecosystem of products through tight partnership with Product Management.Partner with our 3P team to help shape the Mid-Market strategy for third-party apps and drive execution. This includes:Developing our third-party strategy including roadmap and monetization opportunities.Creating a framework for ISV selection and partnership.Developing scalable, joint go-to-market models and processes.Informing content and collateral creation so our partners and their customers understand the benefits of our connected tools.Incorporate competitive intelligence and market trends in our strategy and stay up to date on how new technologies and go-to-market strategies are shaping the industry.Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from voice of the customer, our sales team, product usage, competitive dynamics, and the market landscape.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. Experience in SaaS companies, B2B marketing, or consulting.5-8+ years of professional experience in strategy and product marketing; experience with SaaS ISV strategy and partnerships a plus.Ability to drive strategy formation with consumer insights and market intelligence.Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes.Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a vast array of product solutions and initiatives.Solid verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as an effective communicator at all levels.Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment.Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Strong organization navigational skills, including ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
