Printing/Packaging Estimator

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage reporting of open estimates Analyze Job specifications to assure: • Best manufacturing techniques are used.
• Cost effectiveness to be competitive.
• Suggests best manufacturing practices.
Assist Director with special projects related to CS/Estimating. Handles RFQ's and cost analysis on time Maintain database of standard pricing/grids of clients Coordinate with Purchasing on the entry of new inventory products on specialty items Work with Director to document and establish procedures needed for improvement Assist Director with Client visits and press checks Special projects as assigned The successful candidate will possess the following:
2 years Working knowledge with Offset, Flexo and Carton printing industry is REQUIRED. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Detailed Oriented. Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks. Self-Motivated. Strong Excel experience. Type 45 wpm Computer literacy Problem solving Organized and detail oriented Great work environment with full benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life.
