About The Role: cyDaptiv Solutions is seeking a Privacy Analyst with experience supporting Federal projects.

Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, E-Government Act of 2002, OMB privacy policy, and NIST guidelines for the DOI Privacy Office.Develop, update, and guide the accurate creation and publication of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).Track and ensure the current status of privacy compliance activities, including posting of SORNs, PIAs, and privacy plans in Xacta.Attend privacy-related meetings, providing updates, support, and responses to privacy reviews and assignments.Facilitate privacy training programs, update tracking systems with compliance activities, and provide regular updates and reports.Assess and implement privacy controls with system owners to mitigate risks as part of the DOI risk management framework.Develop, update, and ensure accurate system privacy plans with guidance to system owners.Develop, update, and guide the accurate creation and publication of System of Records Notices (SORNs).Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.GovCon experience is required.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or engineering discipline preferred.Security Clearance: Willing to undergo federal Background check process.
