Key Responsibilities: Lead the operational aspects of the private client tax planning team, including team development and overall strategy.Estate/Inheritances Tax (IHT) reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigate IHT exposures.Implementation and management of trust planning.Preparation of Wills.Property tax planning.Offshore aspects (optional).Residency and domicile issues for high-net-worth individuals (HNWs).Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts.Ability to sign off on estate administration assignments in the medium term.For more information on this role, please contact Jack Wyatt at Clark Wood at ******** or call ******** .
