Role Description In this position, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality intelligence and insights on the Consumer market, trends and talent landscape supporting an Executive Search Consultant by conducting comprehensive sourcing strategies and analysis to identify, evaluate and engage potential candidates. This role offers flexibility for remote work 2 days per week with 3 days in our Houston office.
Overview of Key Accountabilities: Candidate Sourcing, Selection and Relationship Management
Works closely with the Consultant to understand the client's requirements and specific criteria of the position.Devises and carries out a targeted research strategy.Conducts comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through using professional networks, the CRM, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.Researches updated sourcing techniques and tools and uses these to source candidates.Is able to successfully pitch the role and opportunity to candidates.Evaluates individuals by conducting thorough interviews based on the proven skills, knowledge, abilities and aptitudes outlined in the position specification and develops a shortlist to present to the client/Developer.Schedules interviews and provides appropriate interview feedback to candidatesEnsures the CRM is maintained and kept up to date for current and future searches.Manages expectations of the process, timescales, remuneration and provides views and opinions to help guide and influence decision making including resignation advice.Implements a high quality aftercare strategy for all unsuccessful candidates including sharing feedback, to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Assists in the preparation of market analysis and ad-hoc reports to provide insights on search, assessment and benchmarking, talent pipelining & succession and competitor and compensation intelligence.
