Our next Procurement Coordinator will be a key communication point between the suppliers, warehousing, and finance. They will be responsible for daily correspondence to place purchase orders, track orders for receipt into our storage locations, and maintain procurement records for payment of goods and services. The procurement coordinator will also be charged with cross departmental/functional communication with the warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment areas to support maintaining proper inventory levels for production as well as accuracy. Additionally, the candidate for this position will also be a direct point of contact to our finance department to provide supporting documentation and information to maintain an efficient payment and month end/year end processes. This position reports to the Director of Procurement. Where you'll be planted: This role is full time onsite in our Waterfall, PA location.
