POSITION SUMMARY: Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Product Designer a remote based positon.
Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner. Must have 2-4+ years of visual UI design/Graphic design for web and work-related experience . Must have 2-4+ years of Experience with Mobile/Desktop app experiences (being able to design across different platforms. Must have 2-4+ years of Experience & Understanding of UX (user experience, web, and mobile interaction patterns). Strong visual/UI design skills. Must have 2-4+ years of Experience with FIGMA. Portfolio/Reel review is required. Should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - C#, C++, HTML) Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC. Have a good understanding of UX (user experience, web, and mobile interaction patterns). Strong visual/UI design skills. Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of standard design principles: color, typography, layout, brand. Excellent communication skills Ability to work under constant deadline constraints. Must have the ability to understand technology issues and communicate information effectively. A competitive pay range of $40/hr-43/hr (depending on experience). 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO). 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday). 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
