In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to our product development team based in Berlin, driving innovation and ensuring the continued success of our product initiatives. You will be connecting across the US/Europe team and across multiple departments.

Provide mentorship and guidance to the product development team, fostering collaboration and ensuring projects remain on trackEnsure product Team is the best possible representative of our customers towards our development team Identify market problems especially on-siteCollaborate close with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Software to develop solutions that address the market Advocate for user-centered design principles Develop launch plans and go-to-market strategies for major product iterations, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness and adoptionMeasure and set expectations for performanceDrive company strategy based on deep hands-on understanding of the market, together with top managementMinimum 8 years of experience as a Product ManagerAt least 4 years of leadership experience in product development, strategic planning, and team managementExperience managing and launching a novel product from concept to marketDemonstrated ability to build an understanding of users and the market from scratch, such as for products that bring digital solutions to previously non-digitized domains or solve existing problems in innovative, unexplored waysProven ability to deeply understand user needs and develop innovative, effective solutionsBackground in B2B products and marketsStrong knowledge of product management best practices and methodologiesA versatile product leader with a broad skill set across all product areas, with a talent for teaching and mentoring team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholdersResults-driven and focused on achieving business impact and measurable outcomesBased in Boston with a willingness to travel as neededPrevious experience working in startups or other fast paced environments401k retirement program with company matching. 22 days annual PTO100% coverage of medical, dental & vision insurance.
