We''re excited to see what you''ll bring to our team.Job DescriptionIn this Product Management role, you will be responsible for defining and improving the Mainframe technology products to satisfy evolving customer needs through collaborative partnerships with engineering, development and operational roles, along with risk and architecture roles while aiding in the management of the product vision, strategy, roadmap and product backlog, You will be responsible for management and oversight of the consolidated product backlog as well as strategies for the technical management, visualization, management reporting, and driving overall prioritization of the product across all feature teams.
Additionally, you will partner with our engineering teams to remediate risk findings and architect compensating or mitigating controls to prevent future risk impacts.
Communication skills are essential in this role as you will need to socialize findings with key stakeholders, develop recommendations, and provide accurate metrics to influence outcomes and ensure remediation plans are actioned appropriately.
You will also aid in training and spreading technology risk and control awareness within the product teams building strong business and technology relationships and becoming a trusted advisor / partner within the organization.Responsibilities:Work with the Product owner to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary informationDrive Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement, enabling our feature teams to reach their goalsAssist the feature teams in tracking risk and audit items to completionEnsure compliance with the risk management processOversee the continuous release management cycleMeasure/manage/report risks and monitor critical risk issuesCreate an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflictsSeeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organizationCommunicate organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the teamCoach and mentor feature teams on best practices and help them become efficient in deliveryQualifications:The ideal candidate should have a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Book of Work management and common engineering tools to consolidate and manage (JIRA preferred)High level understanding of Risk & Control frameworkStrong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principlesExperience as a practicing Scrum Master on a teamProject / Process Management experience and PMI methodologiesDevelopment capabilities - Basic coding for reporting automationSharePoint administrationExperience with the implementation and oversight of technology risk and controls, coordination of activities for audits, and assessing an IT controls environment.Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organizationExposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, Continuous IntegrationKnowledge of industry-wide Delivery, Risk and Release management strategiesJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
