The Product Management, Upper Extremity team at Arthrex is growing and we are actively searching for a Coordinator. This position will be located on our corporate campus in Naples, FL. Main Objective: Provides administrative support to product management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate customer communication, visits, and schedules for product development and business meetings. Maintain schedules and travel of product management team. Assist engineering team with projects as needed. Liaison between other cross-functional teams, such as, customer service, product management, engineering, medical education, marketing, meetings, and other departments communicating information and/or team requirements. Field calls/emails and fulfill requests for product information, sales promotions, etc. Assist with tracking of assets. Assist in the management of product launches, marketing collateral, etc. Organize and maintain promotional, new product, and sales materials (including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, surgical animations, surgical technique videos, scientific articles, etc.). Assist in creating reports, newsletters, and other field communications. Manage and control costs of office supplies and other administrative resources. Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years minimum work experience in administration, marketing, or general office experience required. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational, and interpersonal skills). Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently. Highly discrete individual who can manage sensitive, and confidential information. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
