TheHoneywell Product Management Specialist willshape the future of the Industrial Fluorine Products business by managing thehydrofluoric acid and boron trifluoride product lines. These offerings areutilized in a wide range of industries including Oil and Gas, Nuclear, SolarPanels, Semiconductor, Stainless Steel, Electronics, Fluorochemical. The ProductManagement Specialist will also work to refine marketstrategy for the emerging EV market where HF projects to be a key raw material.
The Honeywell Product Management Specialist isresponsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy basedon customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing thatstrategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, andfinancial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle.Offering Managers work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering andR&D, integrated supply chain and logistics, Honeywell senior executives,sales and technical service, customer service and accounts receivable tomaximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization'sproduct portfolio today and in the future.
The Product Management Specialist isan experienced professional and early career role that supports the BusinessLine General Manager in successfully managing the Business Line's offerings.They will actively manage a well-defined offering or set of offerings of mediumcomplexity within this Business Line. They should have at least beginner skilllevels across all the below competencies and will be expected to performprimary responsibilities with support from their manager and experienced teammembers and become more autonomous based on demonstrated skills and abilities.

• Lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) for the line ofbusiness
• Developing pricing strategies and product cost/price management
• Obtaining VOC and establishing customer segmentation
• Completing market research and determining the competitive landscape
• Developing robust value propositions
• Creating marketing materials and sales tools and content
• Managing the portfolio lifecycle from Introduction through Growth, Maturity,Decline and finally Phase Out U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Dueto compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must bea U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident,or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
You Must Have
• 3+ years of increasingly responsible commercial experience (Strategy, Sales,Finance, Product Management)
• OR 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in Engineering, SupplyChain, or Sourcing We Value
• Proventrack record of participating in product launches
• Industryand product experience
• Ability to collaborate well with team members
• Process/systemsorientated
• Analytical thinking and decision making
• Articulation of how product meets customer needs
• Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
• Experienceworking in cross functional teams
