Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our team in Sioux Center, IA.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and understanding customer needs and industry requirements, and then conceptualizing them as a feature roadmap.
This will require collaboration with potential and existing customers as well as internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Discover, empathize with, and be able to share with team members our customers problems, needs, and jobs to be done.
Evaluate products and related solutions against market and customer needs to ensure we are building the right products and features.
Collaboratively create models for analyzing product opportunities, including validating customer desire, organizational capability, and financial viability.
Prioritize the development of enhancements, future features, improvements, and new products.
Facilitate product decisions and recommendations that have a value impact on our customers.
Facilitate communication and bring together a wide variety of personality types and skill sets.
Maintain a product roadmap that brings value to customers through a periodic release schedule.
Write product requirements and user stories so others in the organization understand what the product must do and why it is important to the customer.
Drive product development through the entire development cycle.
Actively participate in product development to verify design, test prototypes, and decide on changes or iterations based on feedback and learnings.
Pursue a better way by partnering with the development and delivery teams to improve internal processes continuously and incrementally.
Set and optimize over time the pricing for the products.
Create and execute plans with partners across teams to ensure our organization is prepared to launch, attract customers, and deliver a new or enhanced product.
Serve as subject matter expert for sales interactions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of experience is required.
Manufacturing/Industrial knowledge or experience is a plus.
Product Managment certification preferred.
Travel Requirements: Travel: Up to 35% WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels.
Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
Occasional travel to various worksites may also be required, depending on the assignment.
