Job Family : Digital Consulting (Digital) Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product development, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that our products are not only innovative and high-quality but also aligned with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in product management and your ability to navigate complex projects, especially in the federal and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) domains, will be crucial to your success in this role. Candidates should be in the DC or Baltimore area as they will need to go to the client site a few times a month. Key Responsibilities: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals. Develop detailed product requirements and specifications and work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful execution. Utilize product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and others to plan, track, and manage product development activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, validate product ideas, and make data-driven decisions. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agencies and healthcare organizations, to ensure product alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements. Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Develop and maintain the product roadmap, overseeing product backlog refinement to prioritize features and enhancements. Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve on product features and functionality. Lead cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development processes. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards, particularly in CMS-related projects. What You Will Need: Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in product management. Minimum Degree Required: US equivalent Bachelor's degree. US Citizenship is contractually required for this role. Strong understanding of product management processes & tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, Mural, and similar). Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle. Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design and data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Experience in healthcare consulting or working with federal healthcare agencies, including CMS, NIH, VA, or HHS. Selected Candidate will be required to commute to the Client location 1x/month in Baltimore, MD. What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience in federal and CMS projects. Knowledge of federal regulations and standards, particularly in the healthcare domain, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience leading and facilitating PI planning sessions. Located in DC or Baltimore area. The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
