The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the short-term strategic direction of the product portfolio including new product development to drive vitality and growth. This role will identify and prioritize needs, develop the product roadmap, and drive new product development efforts. This involves making decisions products to create, managing manufacturing efficiencies leveraging platforms, and overseeing and a holistic product portfolio management strategy. Collaboration between cross-functional team members including sourcing, supply chain, engineering, channel, sales, and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role. This high impact role is accountable for the financial performance of the assigned category.

Exceptional problem-solving skills Storytelling & communication skills Leads with curiosity and creative thinking Displays initiative to find solutions and work effectively with all levels in the organization Set strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skills Understand new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning for durable goods Strong acumen in category performance analysis Specific Responsibilities Partner with new product development teams to develop products and processes that live on the leading edge in design and technology. Lead analysis for assigned category and/or support other category leads to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis, present and execute recommendations. Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends, and market share. Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information Collaborate with the sales organization on product needs, sales samples, and other requests to drive business growth. Draft internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools. Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas Lead marketing planning and execution to drive growth in digital, retail and wholesale channels. Contribute to trade shows and sales meetings. Demonstrate competency in the following: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust. Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree. Product management experience with strong analytical and presentation skills Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic, and results-driven Experience with wholesale and ecommerce focused product development and/or marketing Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customers as needed, approximately 25%. #LI-Hybrid

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $104,850 - $133,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
