We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Manager to lead the technical development and implementation of our innovative PFAS Treatment Skid with our Komline-Harn team! This critical role will be responsible for designing and overseeing the engineering aspects of the project, ensuring that the treatment solution meets the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role could be located in Peapack, NJ, Venice, FL, or Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and engineering of the PFAS Treatment Skid, incorporating state-of-the-art membrane technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process, mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, end-users and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment. Identify and incorporate PFAS remediation polishing techniques, such as advanced oxidation processes and adsorption methods to the membrane treatment process Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for the treatment skid and its components. Manage and coordinate pilot testing activities, analyzing results and making necessary adjustments to optimize the treatment process. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the design and implementation phases. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, addressing complex engineering challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Continuously monitor and optimize the treatment process, implementing improvements and modifications as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering roles, with a strong focus on membrane technologies, product development, pilot testing, and skid design. Proven expertise in PFAS remediation techniques, water treatment processes, and environmental engineering principles. Project management experience able to lead a diverse team building. Extensive knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools. Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
