More information is available at .As a Product Owner with SAM this role will be supporting the Multi-Asset Strategies business group which includes the Multi-Asset Portfolio Management, Trading, and Research functions. The team performs fund management and trading for over 150 Mutual Funds, ETFs, CITs, and SMA strategies. You will play a critical role in envisioning and implementing our technology and production business platforms across the Multi-Asset Strategies business units. You will provide business technology leadership in these main subject areas for our Operations team.Key Responsibilities for this role include:Providing business technology operational leadership in these main subject areas for the Multi-Asset Strategies business group:Identifying high-level business needs through outreach to key business partners (Multi-Asset PM's, Equity Traders, SMA PM's, Equity Research)Defining platform capabilities required to achieve desired business outcomes and building roadmaps and detailed user stories to deliver these capabilitiesPrioritizing backlogs, features, functions, and data as needed for the Multi-Asset Strategies teams and other groups in SAM.Communicate data and functional requirements to the CSIM technology development and data sourcing teamsVerify that data feeds, load processes and exception management processes are built to meet business requirementsIT Project Governance and User AcceptanceParticipate in meetings with key partners that oversee the roadmap of near- and long-term deliverablesValidate and provide approval that user stories have been executed accurately against acceptance criteriaProduction Business Process OversightDefine the operating workflow for bringing all data and production elements into production as functions are incrementally releasedBuild the operations procedural playbook for each release to production and implement these controls as each release is rolled out across the business teamsCollaborate with the Technology Support team to ensure their production processes and escalation procedures are in place prior to each releaseProduct Coordination and SupportCoordinate with VPs, SAM Technology and Vendor Management for critical production processesWork closely with CSIM business continuity team to plan for key investment management processes across all Multi-Asset Strategies business unitsWhat you haveMinimum 7 years' experience in the asset management industry; knowledge of portfolio management and trading systems and practices requiredExperience collaborating with technology teams and business partners to implement Portfolio Management, Research and Trading solutionsExperience with investment risk analytics – particularly multi-asset class models – and the use of such tools in the context of portfolio management decision makingExperience representing data partners in the implementation of Portfolio Management, Research and Trading solutionsExperience crafting and implementing investment processes, workflows and controls for managing Portfolio Management, Research and Trading processesExperience interacting effectively with senior team technology and business partners via meetings, presentations, and written reportsA drive to maximize efficiency through exception-driven resolution processesA passion for learning and a spirit of continual self-improvementIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
