About this Position We are seeking a talented Product Solution Design Analyst to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business solutions. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify functional and technical requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions. Translate discussions into process flows and documentation. Manage projects using effective project management approaches and tools. Perform various tasks under general supervision, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving ability. Requirements Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), Advanced skill level with Microsoft Suite, project management approaches and tools. Strong facilitation skills, able to work with a variety of stakeholders. Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and techniques. Proficiency in process mapping/modeling. Additional Information This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend/convert. This role is fully in-office in Phoenix, AZ.
