Product Support Advisor - Excavators

This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company. Working an 8/6 roster, you will work as part of a team and drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet while keeping an impeccable safety record.Main responsibilities include:Organising and providing feedback on any reliability related issues or concerns regarding the large fleet of Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) mining equipment onsiteProviding assistance to Service Personnel and Parts and Service Advisors as required, helping with parts and technical concernsIdentify areas for improvement and work with the customer to address any shortcomingsEscalate all issues to relevant teams and within a timely mannerAt all times maintain an open communication and good working relationship with customers, peers and other departmentsTo be successful in this role you will have:Relevant Diesel Mechanic trade qualificationsWorking knowledge of planning and scheduling with the ability to deliver in tight timeframesDemonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment will be highly regardedGood communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long term relationshipsSafety focus and abide by site safety processesBenefitsWe are offering:Permanent Full Time Position in a leading OEM with long term job securityCompetitive pay rate + company biannual bonuses! $$$Reimbursements paid for transport to and from home to airport, or airport parkingOpportunity to work on the entirety of the Hitachi range, including a new fleet of trucks and excavatorsOEM training and opportunities for upskilling with access to the latest technologiesSupportive mentors who value your input in finding new and improved ways to achieving successBe a part of a leading OEM which genuinely values and ensures everyone is happy and safe at work!
