Our client, a large consulting firm in Arlington, VA, is looking for a temporary Product Support Specialist to join their busy team!
About the Job:
- Answer and evaluate requests from end users regarding tax planning and software functionalities.
- Recognize and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating as necessary.
- Log and track customer issues using a CRM, documenting feedback and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and train end-users on software usage.
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree in tax, business, or related fields, or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing high volume role.
- Strong knowledge of tax and accounting principles, with experience in fixed asset accounting preferred.
Position Details:
- Temporary starting ASAP through end of the year
- Pays $30/hr-$34/hr DOE
- Hybrid on-site 2x per week located in Arlington, VA
