We are looking for a Production Analyst to support a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac sales team that specializes in delivering various agency and proprietary debt products to multifamily clients. This position will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Complete and/or review the initial analysis of proposed transactions.Collaborate with other members of the sales team and Greystone producers to produce sized cash flows in the Greystone Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac sizing model and prelim summaries of potential deals.Issue soft quotes and applications after prelim analysis is completed.Keep the transaction managers and clients/originator apprised of progress at the prelim stage.Prepare due diligence checklist and forms.Coordinate third-party bids and inspections.Recommend and establish processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency.Handle other duties/projects across the team and their platform as needed and assigned.Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required: Undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, or related field.Passion for commercial real estate proven through prior internships and coursework.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Conscientious, dedicated, and reliable work ethic.Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple assignments simultaneously.At Greystone, we believe that finding creative solutions for our clients comes from the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
